On April 13, Midland County celebrated the opening of their newest library in a grand way! First Lady Laura Bush and General Tommy Franks, both Midland natives, joined the festivities, along with Miss Texas 2012 DaNae Couch. Maxwell Filmworks was there to photograph the event and premiere a timelapse film we had been working on the past couple of months, as the finishing touches were put on the beautiful new facility.
